1. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation will include your order number, item details, shipping address, and estimated delivery date. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and national/public holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services across India. If your location is considered remote or falls under a non-serviceable zone by our courier partners, additional time or arrangements may be needed. We will notify you if your address falls outside our standard delivery area.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the package. These charges will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders above a certain value.
5. Courier Partners
We collaborate with reputed courier companies to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. The selection of the courier partner is done based on service availability and efficiency for your delivery location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier service.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver on time, there may be rare occasions where delays occur due to reasons such as:

· Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and will do our best to expedite the delivery process.
8. Accurate Address Information
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Krivisha Lifescience will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details.
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or the address being incorrect, our courier partner may make additional attempts as per their policy. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
10. Damaged Packages
We recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If you accept the package but find damaged items inside, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photographs and a description of the issue.
11. Unboxing Video
To support any claims of damage or missing items, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the product. This will help us validate and process your claim more efficiently.
