At Krivisha Lifescience, customer satisfaction is our priority. We manufacture and deliver cosmetic products with great care and quality assurance. However, due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic items, we have a strict Return and Exchange Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer any refunds on our products under any circumstances. Once a product is purchased, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Product Exchange Policy
We do allow product exchange under specific conditions mentioned below:
3. Exchange is allowed if
You receive a damaged or wrong product.
The product is expired at the time of delivery (must be reported before opening).
The product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
You initiate the exchange request within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
4. Exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
The product was delivered more than 3 days ago and no complaint was raised during that time.
The product is returned in poor condition, missing its packaging, or partially used.
The expiry date has passed but the product was opened before checking.
The customer claims the product is expired after using or opening it.
The product was bought on clearance, sale, or special offer and is not defective.
5. Expiry Date Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the expiry date printed on the product before opening or using it.
If the product is already expired when received:
You must inform us within 3 days of receiving it.
The product must be unopened for the exchange to be accepted.
We will send a replacement product at no extra cost once we verify the claim.
If the product is opened before checking the expiry, no exchange will be provided, even if expired.
6. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

Include your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for exchange.
Our team will review the request and may ask for further clarification or evidence.
If your exchange is approved:
You will be given return instructions.
In some cases, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
Once we receive the original product in acceptable condition, we will dispatch the replacement product.
7. One-Time Exchange Only
Please note:
Only one exchange per product/order is allowed.
Multiple exchanges or repeated requests for the same product will not be entertained.
8. Important Notes
Always record a video while opening the package, if possible, to help validate any claims.
Ensure the product is in its original, sealed condition while requesting an exchange.
